Introducing new Forest Cook Lawrence Patterson

We’re delighted to announce Lawrence is joining us as our cook.

Lawrence grew up in Colorado, then moved to Seattle, where he trained with Shannon Thorne. He has extensive experience cooking for country clubs, as a sous chef in restaurants, and in other environments.

He’s a practicing Nichiren Buddhist.
