The Tulsa Zen Sangha welcomes you to join them for a simple day of silence consisting of seated meditation, walking meditation, breaks, chanting, and sharing a wonderful meal provided by the Forest.

Day of Zen Schedule

8:30 – 9:00 Registration

9:00 – 10:30 Introductions, Chanting, Zen Practice Talk (if we have a speaker), Meditation

10:30 – 11:30 Zen Chores and 30 minute Break

11:30 – 12:30 Meditation

12:30 – 1:30 Lunch

1:30 – 2:30  Meditation and Closing

Beginners are welcome and requested to come 30 minutes early.
