Hold a Program
Hold your retreat or event with us
Welcome! We’re honored to make our facilities available for groups to hold their retreats, events, and programs with us. We truly value the relationships we have with presenters and the knowledge, spirit, and people they bring to the Forest. Here’s some information on what we offer and how to submit a proposal.

Types of retreats
We have two ways of holding your retreat. Learn which way fits your needs best.
Hosted Retreat
A hosted retreat means you market the event yourself, register the participants, and collect their money. This is a good choice if you are a private group.
Cabin and meal rates
$70 per person/per night for a double occupancy cabin
$85 per person/per night for a single occupancy cabin
Lodging costs include all meals, which can be tailored to meet special needs (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.).
Program fees
You keep all the program fees.
Deposit
33% of the estimated total amount to hold a date.
We calculate an estimated cost based on the number of participants you hope to register. The remainder of the cost is collected during the retreat and is adjusted based on the actual number in attendance.
The deposit is refundable, minus a $100 administrative fee, if the retreat is canceled at least 31 days prior to the scheduled date.
Sponsored Retreat
A sponsored retreat means we jointly market the event with you, we register the participants, we answer questions from potential attendees, and we collect their money.
Cabin and meal rates
$70 per person/per night for a double occupancy cabin
$85 per person/per night for a single occupancy cabin
Lodging costs include all meals, which can be tailored to meet special needs (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.).
Program fees
We keep 50% of the fee and you keep 50%.
Deposit
$100 to hold the date, refundable at the time of the retreat.
The deposit is fully refundable if the retreat is canceled more than 21 days prior to the event.
